I'm Mike Wilson, and my company is HFG Services.

I've got a lot of experience to pass on, and I enjoy problem solving, finding creative solutions to problems and long walks on the beach. Especially if there's a pub at the end of the walk.

I've had a career. Well, several, actually. Now I just like to work.

Services

I provide EU representation for overseas manufacturers of warganing miniatures and supplies.

I also specialise in creative and technical writing, as well as 3D design work.

EU Representation

As someone who used to buy a lot of products from overseas manufacurers, I''m increasingly worried about the impact of EU regulation on small manufacturers outside the EU.

While it's not complicated, it's a layer of paperwork that many suppliers don't want to do.

I now represent many manufacturers and suppliers in the EU, principally for General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) purposes.

Writing

I've previously been described as "A machine for turning coffee into words."

You can use my skills in your technical writing, tender responses or on creative tasks.

Apart from years of experience in consulting, I'm a published author and editor in the wargaming space.

I update my hobby blog on Mondays, if you're interested.

3D Design

I've had a life-long interest in military and railway modelling, and I'm revitalising that interest by creating vehicle and scenery designs for wargaming using 3D Cad tools.

I can do one off designs for you based on real or comic book objects, and I'm currently creating a range of vehicles for use in Science Fiction gaming.
